The transfer service was excellent and are driver very professional. He came at the proper time and followed our itinerary. However, I would have appreciated better communication before the day of travel. I had put in a reservation several days before our date of travel and did not receive a confirmation until the evening before our travel date. Even though I sent a few follow up emails looking for confirmation. I was in the process of booking with another company when the confirmation from Autoblu finally came. Better communication with the customer is desired.

What an amazing company to work with. The highest level or politeness and customer service. Our transfer from our hotel in Naples to Pompeii was perfect. Then we hired the same company to bring us to Sorrento. Again, perfect. After getting to our hotel in Sorrento they contacted us to make us aware that we left a piece of luggage in the van. Within a few hours they had a driver working after hours to bring the bag to us. We could not give ten stars here but if we could we would. We definitely recommend using this company for transportation in this area! Bravo!!
