Liability of the Charterer and the Customer
The transporter takes care to show up with the reserved vehicle, at the address indicated at the time of booking and the time agreed with the customer. The transporter declines any liability for delays due to exceptional events and unforeseeable events such as accidents or roadblocks, vehicle detained by police for checks, particularly adverse weather conditions, damage to the vehicle. For these reasons we provide pick up times and transfer times taking into account such possible events, including the sending of a possible replacement vehicle for a time at least equal to the journey to be covered.
The customer is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle or to the objects needed to perform the service.
The contract between the customer and the charterer is concluded when the customer receives confirmation of booking and give certainty of the payment of the service (even partial payment, as required by the operational mode of payment on the web-site www.autoblu. com)
Acceptance of travel conditions
These travel conditions are considered automatically accepted upon confirmation of the booking by the customer.
Changes or cancellation
No charges in case of a change of time, date or cancellation of the service within 24h from his execution. The deposit will be held instead if disclosure of any changes/cancellation happens into 24h prior the service.
